Well for what it's worth - here they are. You'd think after all this experience I'd be better at guessing this stuff.
Boy, I'm starting to sound like a broken record. This turned out to be a lot more work than I thought it would be. Here they are, the MUCH prettier version of the old class-based packs from long ago.
